The My Favourite Interior Space in Hong Kong for the Hong Kong Interior Design Week  2021 (HKIDW 2021) is intended to spark and stimulate the public’s interest in and recognition of interior design and its related creative fields. We want people to tell us about a special space they really care about. A place that reveals something deep within them that becomes their legacy, their memories, their intangible beliefs and practices… And this, in fact, is Hong Kong’s cultural heritage.
為香港室內設計週 2021 (HKIDW 2021)而舉辦的「我最喜愛的香港室內空間」公眾投票,旨在激發公眾對室內設計及其相關創意領域的興趣和認可。 我們希望大眾市民告訴我們他們真正關心的獨特空間, 一個揭示他們內心世界並有保存價值的地方,更成為他們的記憶、無形的信仰和實踐……而實際上這就是香港的文化遺產。

Phases 活動階段

My Favourite Interior Space in Hong Kong is carried out in 2 phases,
「我最喜愛的香港室內空間」共分二個階段進行

Phase 1 – Nomination
第一階段:提名

- Professional nomination (by invitation only)
業界提名 (只限受邀人士參與)

- Public nomination (22 June to 11 July 2021)
公眾提名 (可於2021年6月22日至7月11日網上提名)

Phase 2 – Voting
第二階段:投票

Open to the general public for online voting from 14 to 25 July 2021
公眾可於2021年7月14至25日作網上投票

Definition 定義

  • 1"Programme" refers to "My Favourite Interior Space in Hong Kong", a component of the Hong Kong Interior Design Week 2021, organised by Hong Kong Interior Design Association.
    「活動」是指由香港室內設計協會主辦的「香港室內設計周 2021」之其中一項名為「我最喜愛的香港室內空間」項目

  • 2"To participate in the Programme" refers to submitting nominations and/or voting for "My Favourite Interior Space in Hong Kong".
    「參與此活動」是指為「我最喜愛的香港室內空間」作提名或投票

Eligibility

參加資格

  • 1Entrants must reach the age of 18 on or before 22 June 2021 in order to nominate an interior space. People under the age of 18 may nominate with the consent of his/her parent and/or guardian.
    參加者須於2021年6月22日或以前年滿18歲,方可提名室內空間作品。未滿18歲的參加者可在父母或監護人同意下參與提名。

  • 2The following groups are not eligible to submit a nomination:
    下列人士不可參與提名:

    • aStaff members of the Hong Kong Interior Design Association (Organiser)
      香港室內設計協會(主辦單位)的員工

    • bMembers of the judging panel
      評審委員

    • cDirect family members of the judging panel
      評審委員的直系親屬

  • 3The Organiser reserves the final right to determine the eligibility of any entrant
    主辦單位有權決定任何人士的參加資格

  • 1Aesthetic appeal, uniqueness and ambiance: 50%

  • 1The top 10 shortlisted interior spaces that receive the most votes from the public will be displayed at the International Expo of Hong Kong Interior Design Week, 20 - 22 August 2021, at Hall 5G of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.
    獲得票數最高的10個提名作品將會於2021年8月20至22日在香港會議展覽中心舉行的「香港室內設計周博覽」中展出

  • 2Nominators for the top 10 shortlisted interior spaces that receive that most votes from the public will each receive a special prize offered by the Hong Kong Interior Design Association. The Organiser will contact the nominators under separate email for collection of prizes.
    相關提名人將會獲贈由主辦單位送出紀念品一份。主辦單位將個別聯絡提名人領取紀念品。

Terms and Conditions for Public Nomination

公眾提名的條款及細則

  • 1Entrants should have read, understood and agreed to the “Terms and Conditions for Public Nomination” before participating in the Programme.
    參加者在參與此活動前,須已閱讀、明白及同意所有「公眾提名的條款及細則」

  • 2The Organiser reserves the right to change the nomination period of the Programme without any prior notice.
    主辦單位保留更改活動的提名時間而不作另行通知

  • 3Participating in the Programme is free.
    參與此活動完全免費

  • 4The Organiser will not be responsible for any cost incurred on the part of the entrants in relation to participating in the Programme.
    參加者如在參與此活動過程中有任何支出,主辦單位一概不負責

  • 5Entrants should ensure that he/she has included all requested information in the nomination form.
    參加者在提名作品時須提交所有需要資料

  • 6 Entrants should ensure that the interior space nominated should be in existence which can be located physically in Hong Kong.
    所有獲提名室內空間必須仍然存在於香港,並可循地址找到

  • 7Entrants should ensure that all information provided in the nomination form is true and accurate.
    參加者須確保所提交資料均為真確無誤

  • 8Entrants should ensure that the nomination form does not contain any word or phrases alike that are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene. The Organiser assumes no responsibility for any submission, in part or in whole, that violates this term, and will remove the nomination immediately.
    參加者須確保提名表格不含任何違法、誹謗、辱罵、淫穢、恐嚇的內容。主辦單位對有關內容一概不負責,並會即時刪除

  • 9Entrants should ensure that any photo submitted should be clear of intellectual property and/or copyright issues. The Organiser assumes no responsibility for any submission, in part or in whole, that violates this term.
    參加者須確保上載的提名照片不涉及任何版權或知識產權問題。主辦單位對涉任何版權或知識產權爭議一概不負責

  • 10 There is no limit as to the total number of nominations that an entrant can make. However, an entrant may submit only one nomination with each valid email address.
    每名參加者提交的提名次數不設限制。唯每次提名均需使用不同的有效電郵地址

  • 11Entrants will receive an email notification upon successful submission of a nomination.
    成功提名後,參加者將收到電郵確認

  • 12The Organiser reserves the right to contact any entrant to verify any information submitted.
    主辦單位有權聯絡任何參加者核實資料

  • 13The Organiser assumes no responsibility should any entrant fail to submit a nomination due to any reason, including but not exclusive to, technical issues.
    對於參加者因任何原因,包括技術上的原故,而未能於指定期間內作出提名,主辦單位恕不負責

  • 14The Organiser has the right to display the 10 nominations, including text and/or images, that receive the highest number of votes at the International Expo held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 20 to 22 August 2021, as well as in other marketing channels. The entrant concerned shall not be entitled to claim any compensation from the Organiser in any form.
    主辦單位於2021年8月20至22日在香港會議展覽中心舉行的「香港室內設計周博覽」中展出得票最高的10份提名作品,包括文字或圖像,亦會在不同市場推廣平台作類似宣傳,提名人不得因此而向主辦單位提出任何形式的索償

  • 15The Organiser shall contact the entrants whose nominations have received the top 10 highest votes separately.
    對於獲得最高票數的10份作品,主辦單位將會個別聯絡其提名人

  • 16Entrants provide their personal data on a voluntary basis. Such data will be used solely for the purpose of the Programme and in accordance with Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong and will not be disclosed to a third party without the prior consent of the entrants.
    參加者自願提供其個人資料,所得資料只會為是次活動之用,主辦單位將遵照《個人資料(私隱)條例》處理參加者之個人資料,並不會在未獲得參加者同意前,將其個人資料轉交第三方作其他用途。

  • 17The Organiser has no responsibility to disclose any information to any one in relation to the particulars of the judging panel, the selection process and/or judging panel members’ comments.
    主辦單位不會向任何參加者披露評審委員資料、評審過程或評審委員的意見

  • 18In the case of dispute, the decision of the Organiser shall be final.
    如有任何爭議,主辦單位享有最終決定權

  • 19 In the case of discrepancy between the English and Chinese version of the “Terms and Conditions for Public Nomination”, the English version shall prevail.
    如中文版本與英文版本的「公眾提名的條款及細則」有任何抵觸或不相符之處,以英文版本為準

  • 20The Organiser has the right to disqualify any entrant in the case of him/her breaching any item under the “Terms and Conditions for Public Nomination” section.
    如任何參加者違返「公眾提名的條款及細則」的任何一條,主辦單位保留取消該名參加者的資格

    • 1Public voting is open to all persons residing in and outside of Hong Kong.

    • 2The Organiser reserves the final right to determine the eligibility of any voter.

    • 5Voters should ensure that he/she has included all requested information when casting a vote.
      投票者在投票時必須提供所有需要資料

    • 6There is no limit as to the total number of times that a voter may vote. However, a voter may only vote for up to 3 shortlisted interior spaces with one valid email address.
      每位投票者的投票次數不設上限,唯每次投票只可最多投予3份作品,並且需使用不同的有效電郵地址

    • 7 The Organiser reserves the right to contact any voter to verify any information submitted.
      主辦單位有權聯絡任何投票者核實資料

    • 8The Organiser assumes no responsibility should a voter fail to cast a vote due to any reason, including but not exclusive to, technical issues.
